Roadside Impact - Chamberlain Commercial

Marketing a new build, versatile, commercial space in a busy thoroughfare opposite Wembley Stadium demanded strong and eye-catching graphics with simple and effective messaging. Classical Style - Elegant Living - Totteridge Park

This meticulous conversion of a 17th Century building into 10 luxury homes called for some stylish and smart marketing. The result, a distinctive branding and website, designed and created by KIOSX along with all of the content, from photography and copy writing through to web development and staging.

Mixing it up - Lowlands House

Selling a mixed use freehold development site with with full planning permission for residential and commercial units called for some clever CGI work from our team to show the planned development off to its full potential. The digital “soft” sales brochure covered all aspects of the development from location and local demographics to the development description and market overview. This sat alongside an online “data-room” with full details of planning, architects development drawings and reports, all available to interested parties via a password protected interface that logged usage.
